Ellie joined me from my friends at Avonmill Equestrian who spotted her untapped potential, she arrived with me very green but with undoubted talent. Whilst Ellie is only 14.2 she sees herself as a horse and certainly has all the power and speed needed, she is 3/4 Thoroughbred. She was originally bought in March 2016 as a short term project but when push came to shove she has been too much fun to let go and 4 years later is still here!

She is a winner in all affiliated disciplines including two at BE100 evening. She is a real fun character at home and will do anything for a treat (stud muffins are the favourite). She can be demanding, tea must be on time and she needs a mid morning nap but if these basic requirement are met she will try her heart out for you.

Sadly in 2021 She was found to have a bone cyst in her pedal bone, this required surgery to insert a screw. She has then been given some extended time off to recover. She is currently loaned to Trenarth Stud expecting a foal in 2022.
